There is only one moment for you to live, and that is the present moment.’
If you miss the present moment, you miss your appointment with life.

Mindfulness is the energy and practice that helps you
go back to the here and now
so that you encounter life. It is a practice that requires time and support.
Without training and without the support of a community of fellow practitioners,
you won’t be able to do it.
There may be people you work with who are willing to become your copractitioners.”
